Following is a list of local produce we MAY have during each season.  

It is not a definitive listing and it does not mean we will have everything listed each year.

Spring possibilities (April – May)

asparagus, beets, chard, collards, fresh herbs, STRAWBERRIES, lettuce (green, red, romaine, butter head), kale (curly, dinosaur, flat leaf, red Russian), sugar snap peas, English peas, spinach, tatsoi

Early summer possibilities (June – early July)

BLUEBERRIES, beets, chard, cucumbers, eggplant, fresh herbs, onions, radishes, summer squash, tomatillos, tomatoes, zucchini

Late summer possibilities (late July – early September)

butter beans, beans (green, yellow wax), blackberries, cantaloupe, chard, CORN, cucumbers, eggplant, fresh herbs, onions, peaches, field peas (black-eyed, crowder, purple hull) sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, summer squash, tomatillos, tomatoes, watermelon

Fall possibilities (late September – November)

apples*, beets, broccoli, brussels sprouts, cauliflower, collard greens, cucumbers, eggplant, fresh herbs, kale (curly, dinosaur, flat leaf, red Russian), lettuce (green, red, romaine, butter head), mustard greens, onions, sweet and hot peppers, potatoes, PUMPKINS, summer squash, sweet potatoes, spinach, tomatoes, tatsoi, turnips, turnip greens, winter squash.
